I had the pleasure of staying at Universo Pol Bamboo and was truly blown away by their exceptional service and attention to detail. Not only did the staff go above and beyond by promptly returning a valuable item I had forgotten in my room, but they also stocked the mini-bar with my favorite drinks, adding a personalized touch to my stay. The private terrace overlooking the lush garden was a serene spot for morning coffee, and the comfortable garden furniture made it the perfect setting for unwinding after a day of exploring. The bamboo bungalow's parquet floor added a touch of luxury, and the fully equipped kitchen with high-quality cookware made preparing meals a delight. With live music and a warm ambiance, this eco-conscious retreat surpassed all my expectations in every possible way.
